Join us at the Institut Français from the 14th to the 20th of November for the 25th celebration of the South Ken Kids Festival, a brilliantly bilingual event packed with workshops, book signings, virtual reality film screenings, and so many more!

All these events are hosted by some of the most talented authors and illustrators that children's publishing has to offer, including Stephanie Blake, Joe Todd-Stanton, Elina Ellis, Ole Könnecke, Bridget Marzo, Jean-Claude Mourlevat, François Place, Kate Read, Axel Scheffler, Olivier Tallec, Sam Usher, Beatrice Alemagna, Lucie Arnoux, and Magali Attiogbé.
The Festival encourages each and every participant to be creative and explore the art of drawing and illustration. It is an occasion to highlight children’s writing, illustration, translation... books in all their glory! The Institut Français throws open its doors to all readers young and old, to watch star illustrators draw, attend family film screenings, take part in workshops or a slam poetry competition, and learn more about film-making.

Don’t miss the festival's live drawing performances, including some brilliant drawing duos and the amazing Impro! You can order books through our shop in preparation for the Festival, or we will also be at the event selling all the books for you to get signed!
For more information and to purchase your ticket, visit the South Ken Kids Festival's website.
